Brazil hotels are on their way to set a record for growth in demand this year, having international chains to increase their market in Brazil within ten years. Demand for Brazil hotels is to be accredited to the middle class which is more than 50 percent of the nation's population. As a consequence of the rising rates and occupancies of Brazil hotels it has attracted foreign hoteliers who control 3.8 percent of the Brazil Hotels .Room rates in Brazil hotels has reportedly increased by 27 percent during the first half of the year which is the highest increase as compared to other South American Countries. There are high chances that the revenue from Brazil hotels will increase by 20 percent for every room by the end of this year as reported in a survey by Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, part of Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.
